Nithya Vaduganathan is a Managing Director and Partner in Boston Consulting Group’s Boston office. She is a leader in BCG’s People and Organization and Education practice, and is a Henderson Institute Fellow on the topic of Future of Work through which she has partnered with Harvard Business School. Nithya supports organizations rethinking how they attract and retain talent. She has also conducted research on how internal mobility programs can advance gender equity within organizations. Nithya has also authored several recent publications on new talent models and the HR tech landscape, and recently also given a TED talk.
Sydney Coleman (she/her) is a thought leader and subject matter expert in product development and equity and inclusion. Before joining Google, she developed go-to-market strategies at startups and led a national marketing team at a large global company. Sydney has independently served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant at VC firms and startups across sectors. Sydney is passionate about advocating for tech’s most vulnerable users and harnessing digital tools to discover and express a shared humanity.
Yoni is a technical seller and marketer with 10+ years of experience across IT, ML, and HR tech sectors, with a focus on implementing green-field technologies in large enterprises. Prior to joining Gloat, he sold and implemented self-managing/autonomous AI technologies and applications of explainable AI.
Yoni has 15+ years of people leadership experience, both in the military and in SaaS companies. He is passionate about how individuals experience their work environment and how AI can improve
that experience.
