As the Chief Strategy & Talent Officer of Standard Chartered, Tanuj leads the Strategy, HR, Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing, Property, and Supply Chain teams. Ravin Jesuthasan is the global leader of Mercer’s Transformation Services business. He is a recognized global thought leader, futurist, and author on the future of work, automation and human capital. Ravin has been recognized as one of the leading management thinkers by Thinkers 50, one of the top 25 most influential consultants in the world by Consulting Magazine, one of the top 8 future of work influencers by Tech News and one of the top 100 HR influencers by HR Executive every year since 2019.

He is the author of 5 books and over 200 articles on the Future of Work. His upcoming books are The Skills-Powered Organization: The Journey to the Next Generation Enterprise (MIT Press, 2024) and The Fast Future Blur (Wiley, 2024).

Mark leads on Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and skills tooling for Nationwide Building Society, which has ~18,000 permanent UK employees working in an actively changing Financial Services market. Over the last few years this has included establishing a SWP methodology for the organization and implementing Gloat’s talent marketplace to build out a skills-based approach.

Gareth Flynn is the Founder and CEO of TQSolutions, Australia’s leading talent and workforce strategy and solutions business. Today Gareth leads TQ’s advisory offering, partnering with some of Australia and the world’s largest employers to guide them through significant talent change and transformation programs. He is recognized as an industry leader on critical topics for employers and their people functions. In 2024 Gareth is leading TQs global research into ‘Skills-based Organisations’ and is a frequent industry contributor and speaker on this topic. 

Dr. Sandra Loughlin is the Chief Learning Scientist at EPAM Systems, a global leader in digital platform engineering and a company with three decades of experience as a skills-based organization. Sandra uses her expertise as a learning scientist and organizational psychologist to ensure EPAM’s numerous people initiatives work together under one skills umbrella and collectively drive business growth, quality, and results. She also leads the global effort to share EPAM’s skills-based practices and insights with clients to help them progress in their transformation journeys and reap the benefits of using validated skills data to make business decisions.

Prior to joining Gloat, Jeff was a principal with Deloitte Consulting for 20 years, most recently as the U.S. Leader for the Future of Work. He was also the founding editor and a principal author of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report since 2011 and the co-founder of Catalyst Tel Aviv, the firm’s first global innovation tech hub. In Tel Aviv in 2016, Jeff first met the founders of Gloat while researching one of the first future-of-work startup landscape surveys.

Brian Hershey is the Director, Product Strategy at Gloat. Before joining Gloat, Brian was an investment professional at Eight Roads Ventures, the global venture capital arm of Fidelity, and held positions across the firm’s New York, London, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv offices. Brian is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and currently resides in Palo Alto, California.

Noam Mordechay is the VP, Skills GTM at Gloat, where he spearheads the development of new and emerging AI technologies in relation to skills infrastructure and transformation. Prior to this role, Noam led Gloat’s business development operation and served as the Founder and CEO of ScaleMe, a business development firm for technology startups looking to expand into the Middle East. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology, and an MA in Public and Political Leadership from Tel Aviv University.

Aoife Kilduff is Director of Value & Adoption at Gloat and has partnered with over 25 organisations to launch and sustain Gloat’s products. Prior to joining Gloat she was part of the Future of Work consulting team in Deloitte London. Aoife comes from a psychology background and has a Masters in Cognitive Science from University College Dublin.
