Atrayee is VPHRM in Tata Steel Ltd. She has spent 23 years in the company with 19years in Marketing & Sales spearheading the Branding Journey for the Steel Company. She is Humanities graduate with and MBA and has completed General Management Programme from CEDEP INSEAD France. She won the Chevening Scholarship by the British Govt. She has handled wide areas of HR and IR for past 4+ years before taking over as the Vice President HRM. She has been a passionate proponent of Diversity and Inclusion in her organisation and dreams to achieve the aspiring target for the same in the coming future. She is serving on the boards of The Tinplate Company of India Ltd (TCIL) & (KGSSL) Kalimati Global Shared Services Ltd – subsidiaries of Tata Steel, Indian Iron & Steel Sector Skill Council (IISSSC) and the European Centre for Executive Development (CEDEP-INSEAD), France.
