Jennifer Pierce (JP) is the Vice President of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Walmart Canada. She promotes career growth, development, and inclusion in the company. JP aims to create a regenerative talentforce for the future. She has over 20 years of HR leadership experience in Consulting, Retail, and Financial Services. JP holds a B.A. in Political Science from York University, an H.B.A in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University, and is an Adler Trained Coach.

Gina Jeneroux is a future of work and skills strategist and business leader with 30+ years of experience in the financial services and learning industries. Passionate about developing skills for the future, she excels in human-centered design, and creating strategies and solutions that make an impact. Gina is a Professor of Practice in Future Work & Skills at International Business University, a member of the World Economic Forum’s Reskilling Revolution, a Board Member for the Students Commission of Canada, and she sits on the executive advisory boards for various learning, technology and professional networks. She holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, and she is a curious explorer who strives to learn one new thing every day.

Jeff Schwartz is a future of work expert and the author of WORK DISRUPTED: Navigating 21st Century Work and Careers, and co-author of the recently published WORKFORCE ECOSYSTEMS.  Currently serving as Gloat’s Vice President of Insights and Impact, Jeff was the founding Partner of Deloitte Consulting’s Future of Work Practice and is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School.
