In a time of burnout and limited bandwidth, Talent Marketplace also allows us to unlock extra capacity and access specific skillsets to ensure we can accomplish our key business priorities all while developing talent AND saving money. Talent Marketplace has also been a big unlock for us during a time of a lot of virtual working so employees can stay connected and don’t have to feel like they need to wait around to be ‘tapped’ for a develomental opportunity, but can pursue their own developmental projects and networking/mentoring relationships.
This is a fantastic platform if you’re willing to put the team and resources behind it to implement it correctly and effectively – this is a big change management effort that takes time, but the payoff is invaluable!
