Mark leads on Strategic Workforce Planning for Nationwide Building Society, which has ~18,000 permanent UK employees working in an actively changing Financial Services market. Having worked at Nationwide for the last couple of years, Mark previously worked for Fujitsu; transferring existing experiences into HR areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to support award-winning talent schemes.
Michael is a senior partner in Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation Practice – specifically leading Deloitte’s Workforce Development market offerings. With a global team, these offerings drive the market in learning transformations, knowledge management, leadership development and assisting clients to become skills based.
Michael is also the lead for Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends research and report – the largest global report, of its kind, in market, on its 11th year.
Prior to Michaels leadership role at Deloitte he worked at Accenture, where he served as a Managing Director leading their global learning strategy business. He has over 20 years of experience in the Human Capital space running market leading practices delivering consistent growth.
