Dr. Samantha Morris is an Organizational Development Partner at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Starting as an intern, she rose through leadership roles, driving initiatives in hiring assessments, employee engagement, talent management, and mentoring programs.
She is also an adjunct psychology professor at Carroll University and has held senior HR roles at Johnson Controls and Northwestern Mutual, specializing in leadership succession and employee engagement. Her insights have appeared in Psychology Today and on the Human Capital Institute’s podcast.
Dr. Morris holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Akron. She is dedicated to leadership development and creating thriving workplace cultures.
As Senior Vice President of People Analytics & Technology, Olivier led an organization responsible both for managing the technology portfolio needed to scale UnitedHealth Group’s people process and delivering strategic, data-driven insights into critical workforce outcomes. He is a transformational leader focused on delivering simple, connected, personalized and empowering employee and manager experiences. He has led large, enterprise transformational efforts, including the digital transformation of UHG’s People Function, focusing redesigning business processes and implementing a modern HCM, Learning Experience Platform and a Talent Marketplace. He led the redesign of UHG’s Employee Listening Program and established a customized measure of employee sentiment.
Prior to joining Gloat, Jeff was a principal with Deloitte Consulting for 20 years, most recently as the U.S. Leader for the Future of Work. He was also the founding editor and a principal author of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report since 2011 and the co-founder of Catalyst Tel Aviv, the firm’s first global innovation tech hub. In Tel Aviv in 2016, Jeff first met the founders of Gloat while researching one of the first future-of-work startup landscape surveys.
Jess Von Bank is a 20-year industry veteran and impassioned evangelist of the modern experience of work and the future of talent. As both a former recruiting practitioner and an expert in bringing workforce solutions to market, Jess looks to broaden executive mindset to better design and deliver digital-first cultures that exceed the expectations of talent and the needs of the business.
Jess is a global thought leader on HR transformation, digital experience, and workforce technology. She offers specialized expertise in recruiting, talent strategy, employer branding, DEI&B, brand building, and storytelling. She also runs the Now of Work, Mercer’s global community for HR and work tech.

Jason Averbook is a global thought leader, keynote speaker, author, and future of work visionary on Human Resources, digital experience, and workforce technology. Currently a Senior Partner and Global HR Transformation Leader at Mercer, Jason has spent three decades advising executives, HR & People functions, and technology solution providers. He also drives Mercer’s global Generative AI strategy and services, spearheading innovative solutions across the HR technology landscape.
Jason has personally guided more than 1,000 HR transformations and deployments for some of the largest, most prestigious organizations in the world. Meghan is a Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Charles Schwab, focusing on strategic talent initiatives that integrate technology with human-centric development. She is a passionate advocate for using AI and data-driven solutions to create environments where individuals and teams can thrive, most recently leading the firmwide implementation of Gloat at Schwab. With over 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries, her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, communication, learning, and organizational growth.
Hayley is an HR Transformation and Change leader at Charles Schwab, where she’s dedicated to reshaping the employee experience through innovative solutions. With a passion for continuous improvement of both people and process, Hayley plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational agility and employee engagement.
Currently, Hayley is managing the Gloat implementation at Schwab which has recently gone live to a pilot group of over six thousand employees and is set to launch to the rest of the firm of thirty-two thousand next year.
