Christina Brodzik (she/her/hers) is the national leader of Deloitte’s Diversity and Inclusion Client Service Practice. She has 20+ years of experience in the human capital space where she partners with clients to develop multi-year DEI strategies, build out their DEI functions, and onboard new chief diversity an inclusion officers. Christina is a recognized speaker on the topics of Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership, and has co-authored several bodies of work on those topics.
One (pronounced Oh-Nay) is a HR Professional with over 19 years’ experience spanning Business Development and Human Resource Management across the Banking and Consulting industries. She started her career in core banking and later transitioned to Human Resource Management. Over the years, she built and demonstrated competencies for leading the Learning and Development function, first as a consultant to several Financial Services Clients and also within Standard Chartered Bank.
A year ago, she relocated with her family to the UK to take on the exciting opportunity of leading the expansion strategy and adoption of Talent Marketplace globally for Standard Chartered Bank.
